Dhira was born in Doraha,ludhiana,punjab on January 13, 1948. He moved to Kenya at a young age before getting married and emigrating to the UK. A wonderful soul and larger than life character he will always be missed. My dad was sadly taken from us on December 20, 2013 due to ill health from kidney disease. This page is dedicated to this great individual as my dad was always a charitable person who believed in helping others in need.
